We are looking for a Telco Account Manager (Outsource) to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Key Account Management

- Operate as the main point of contact for assigned telco account.

- To build & maintain good business relationships with telco partners.

- To align on product roadmap planning & execution strategy (Quarterly).

• Forecast & Stock management

- To monitor sell out (daily).

- To plan sell in/ through (weekly).

- To work with internal logistic team to ensure shipment arrive partners’ warehouse within committed timeline.

- To work with region team to ensure key outlets have sufficient stock to sell.

• Product & Sales Development & Execution

- To update partner on SI/SO performance (weekly).

- To plan with partner on sales related activities for example launch promo, festive promo, joint marketing activities and etc.

- To ensure new product listing & negotiate for the most aggressive plan.

- Finance management: ROI Investment, Price adjustment, funding support etc.

• Market Insight

- To compile competitor Information

- To gather market feedback

- To analyze gathered info, identify (potential) & grow (existing) opportunities

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in any related discipline with experience in mobile phone/consumer electronic industry.
  • At least 5 years of experience with telco account management.
  • Ability to multitask and juggle several responsibilities simultaneously.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work within a team.
  • Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs.
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
