Job Responsibilities:
- Perform reception duties such as receiving visitors, handling incoming calls, etc.
- Coordinate incoming and outgoing correspondences / courier services.
- Attend customers’ orders and deal with suppliers.
- Assist in preparing documentations and filing to maintain proper records.
- Assist in data entry and records for account receivables, payables and general ledger.
- Assist in performing general administration functions & any other ad-hoc tasks when instructed by superior.
Requirements:
- Communicate & Write in Mandarin will be an advantage (trade business in China)
- Have good communications & writing skills in English
- Proficient in PC application and MS Office
- Able to work independently with less supervision
- Team spirited, responsible and initiative with positive work attitude
- Willing to learn, hardworking, able to complete task within timeline given
- Knowledge in SQL software will be an advantage
