Regional Student Enrolment Executive (Johor or Penang Homebased)

Role Description

This is a full-time remote role (based at Johor or Penang) for a Regional Student Enrolment Executive (Johor Homebased), report to Headquater at UCSI University Kuala Lumpur Campus. The role involves recruiting and enrolling students, conducting outreach activities, coordinating events, and providing support to prospective students at Johor or Penang state in Malaysia. The Johor or Penang Regional Student Enrolment Executive will also collaborate with internal teams to drive student recruitment strategies and achieve enrolment targets.

Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate in Mandarin/Local Chinese Dialets, Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
• The candidate must be a Malaysian or holding an valid pass to work in Malaysia (no work permit will be provided)
• Preferably candidate currently based at Johor or Penang or plan to relocate to Johor or Penang
• This is a remote based role at Johor or Penang report to headquater at Kuala Lumpur, candidate must be able to work from home at Johor or Penang state to conduct outreach activities, events and to grow the student enrolment from Johor and Penang state
• Candidate must be comfortable working from home, able to travel around cities of Johor or Penang.
• Experience in student recruitment, enrolment processes, serving schools, partners located at Johor or Penang
• Experience in conducting events at Johor or Penang is an advantage
• Possess strong communication, interpersonal, networking skills and business acumens
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Well familiar with the education industry and market trends
• Good Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Marketing, Business, or related field
