  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Requirements:

  • Minimum experience of 3-5 years in SMT in handling machine/AOI/SPI and process.
  • Diploma or Degree or equivalent in engineering/manufacturing/electronics/mechanical.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Machine troubleshooting and maintenance.
  • Hand On SMT Machine in and Good in Documentation / Report
  • Defines & upgrade the process of SMT assembly
  • Implements and testifies special processes for manufacturing
  • Sets the parameters for the process
  • Evaluate new processes and new components.
  • To conceive, plan, direct and control the SMT production operations which include the section’s budget forecast, quality, productivity, machine and assembly tools utilization, cost improvements, and employee training.
  • To plan, directs and oversees activities of SMT department activities to meet business goals and objectives.
  • Responsible to train, upgrade, motivate, appraise, award and formulate a group vision of team success.
  • Determine proper reaction to change instructions and take steps to prevent problems.
  • Ensure department's goal and business objectives are met and continually improve to meet goals to enable plant stay competitive.
  • Responsible for manufacturing quality products and effective utilization of smt manpower, smt equipment and facilities. .
  • Ensure all smt facility and machinery are properly maintained to enable continuous plant optimum operation. Maintains a high level of good housekeeping in all work areas.
  • Compliance to ISO 9001 & ISO13485 requirements, customer requirements, applicable statutory and regulatory requirements.

Reporting Structure:

  • Report to the Director of Engineering
  • 3 Engineer and 2 Technician in SMT dept department will reporting to you
