JOB ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and implement compliance strategies to maintain adherence to DOSH and DOE requirements.
  • Monitor, evaluate, and report on compliance with safety, health, and environmental laws and regulations.
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure adherence to quality control standards.
  • Monitor and maintain wastewater treatment plant accordance with DOE regulations.
  • Develop and implement waste management plans to minimize the company's ecological footprint, and ensure proper waste management, pollution control, and sustainable resource use.
  • Identify opportunities for improving safety, health, and environmental practices within the company.
  • To perform other duties as assigned by the Management.

JOB / SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:

  • A bachelor’s degree in Food science or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2-3 years working experience in food manufacturing industry.
  • In-dept knowledge of quality control procedures and compliances standards.
  • Knowledge in Environmental Safety & health and Halal Management is an added advantage.
  • Excellent organizational, observation, communication and leadership skills.
  • Able to work independently, trustworthy, responsible and positive mindset.
  • Computer literate in Microsoft Office excel.
