JOB ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and implement compliance strategies to maintain adherence to DOSH and DOE requirements.
- Monitor, evaluate, and report on compliance with safety, health, and environmental laws and regulations.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure adherence to quality control standards.
- Monitor and maintain wastewater treatment plant accordance with DOE regulations.
- Develop and implement waste management plans to minimize the company's ecological footprint, and ensure proper waste management, pollution control, and sustainable resource use.
- Identify opportunities for improving safety, health, and environmental practices within the company.
- To perform other duties as assigned by the Management.
JOB / SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:
- A bachelor’s degree in Food science or equivalent.
- Minimum 2-3 years working experience in food manufacturing industry.
- In-dept knowledge of quality control procedures and compliances standards.
- Knowledge in Environmental Safety & health and Halal Management is an added advantage.
- Excellent organizational, observation, communication and leadership skills.
- Able to work independently, trustworthy, responsible and positive mindset.
- Computer literate in Microsoft Office excel.
