DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Participate in developing, implementing and monitoring Company’s policies, rules and regulation.

2. Design, implement and coordinate recruitment activities to attract suitable pools of applicants.

3. Facilitate and coordinate interview and selection activities.

4. Representing HR by participating in the interview sessions together with the interviewers.

5. Preparation of the employment offer letter.

6. Liaising with the office administration and IT personnel in preparing the necessary equipment's computer stationeries, workstation, etc) for new hires.

7. Responsible to conduct induction/ orientation programs to new employees.

8. Responsible to prepare and compile monthly and quarterly reports.

9. Prepare a yearly training plan based on training need identification (TNI) and training need analysis (TNA).

10. To organized, administrate and set up training programmes and events as required.

11. Manage timely effectively, meet deadlines and achieve set goals and objectives on KPI.

12. To assist on salary, compensation and benefit control which include appraisals, wages, benefits, survey and all legal matters.

13. To check and finalize the payroll for staff below manager level.

14. To renew company's CIDB and personnel green card.

15. Maintain, compile and update all data and statistics on headcount status for the Company.

16. Working with HOD on HR related matters.

17. To undertake other related jobs directed by superiors from time to time.

REQUIREMENTS :

- Min Diploma in Human Resource Management and any related discipline.

- Minimum 3-5 years experience in handling HR related matters.

- Possess excellent human relationships and interpersonal skills and ability to interact with people at all levels.
