Job Description:

  • Support day-to-day HR operations in the full spectrums of HR, including but not limited to: recruitment, compensation and benefits, training, payroll, industrial relations and staff events.
  • Involve mainly in the whole process of recruitment, i.e. sourcing of candidates, prescreening, interviewing, offering, and pre-joining arrangements.
  • Managing and handling the orientation of new employees.
  • Plan and execute all HR related activities.
  • Assisting HR activities like meetings, interviews, and other schedules.
  • Responsible in administrative matters.
  • Provide competent HR advices to the staff members of all levels.
  • Undertake any assignments assigned by the head of department.

Requirements:

  • At least a Bachelor Degree in Human Resource Management or other related field.
  • At least 1 years’ working experience in HR field.
  • Understanding of employment act and other HR related regulations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good writing and speaking in English, proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage.
  • Event management and organizing skills, a team player yet able to work independently with minimum supervision.
