*Duties*

- Manage and organize office files, documents, and records

- Assist in scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars

- Answer and direct phone calls with professionalism

- Provide administrative support to staff as needed

- Proofread documents for accuracy and completeness

- Assist in event planning and coordination

- Transcribe notes and correspondence as required

*Skills*

- Proficient in typing and file management

- Experience with DocuSign and Outlook Calendar

- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills

- Ability to manage calendars effectively

- Familiarity with transcribing audio recordings
