Job Responsibilities:
1. Perform routine maintenance on packaging machinery to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
2. Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with packaging equipment, including mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems.
3. Conduct regular inspections of machinery to identify potential problems and implement preventive maintenance measures.
4. Repair and replace defective parts as needed, ensuring compliance with safety standards and manufacturer specifications.
5. Calibrate and adjust machine settings to meet production requirements and quality standards.
6. Collaborate with production and maintenance teams to prioritize and schedule repair and maintenance tasks.
7. Document maintenance and repair activities, including parts usage, downtime, and repairs performed.
8. Assist in the installation and commissioning of new packaging machinery.

Job Requirements:
1. SPM and above or equivalent; technical certification or vocational training in mechanical or electrical engineering is preferred.
2. Proven experience as a packaging machine technician or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
3. Strong mechanical aptitude and knowledge of packaging machinery.
4. Proficiency in troubleshooting electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic systems.
5. Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
6. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
7. Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
8. Flexibility to work rotating shifts and weekends as needed.
9. Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures related to machinery operation and maintenance.
