  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Description:

  • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements and other legal documents.
  • Provide legal advice on various aspects of the company’s operations, including corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and debt recovery.
  • Manage and oversee litigation and dispute resolution processes, including handling debt recovery claims and proceedings.
  • Conduct legal research and provide insights on emerging laws and regulations, especially those affecting debt recovery and collections.
  • Lead legal efforts in debt recovery, including drafting demand letters, initiating legal proceedings, and liaising with external debt recovery agencies if necessary.
  • Develop and implement debt recovery strategies and policies, ensuring compliance with relevant laws.
  • Liaise with regulatory authorities to ensure legal compliance in debt recovery and other matters
  • Assist in the development and implementation of internal legal policies and procedures.
  • Maintain proper documentation and ensure the confidentiality of legal files and records.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum 2-4 years of experience in legal practice or in-house legal counsel.
  • Familiarity with corporate governance, contracts, and regulatory compliance.
  • Experience in handling litigation or dispute resolution processes.
  • Pro-active and a good team player
