Our company is actively seeking a proficient Technical Support Specialist with a strong background in both network and systems management. The successful candidate will provide critical technical support to our clientele, address challenges associated with network infrastructure and systems management, and work to optimize system reliability and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver efficient technical support to clients through phone, email, or direct interaction.
- Diagnose and rectify issues with network connectivity, including but not limited to LAN/WAN environments, routers, switches, firewalls, and VPN services.
- Administer systems, encompassing server setup, configuration, regular maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Monitor the performance of networks and systems, pinpoint prospective problems, and implement preventative strategies to minimize downtime.
- Work closely with other departments to elevate and solve intricate technical problems.
- Record support activities, resolved solutions, and procedures to facilitate knowledge transfer and ongoing refinement of processes.
- Support the planning and implementation of network and systems enhancements, migrations, and rollouts.
- Keep abreast of current industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in network and system management.

Qualifications and Requirements:

- Proficiency in Cantonese, Putonghua, and English, along with strong reading and writing abilities in English and Chinese.
- A High Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience in roles involving technical support, network, or systems administration.
- In-depth understanding of network principles and protocols (e.g., TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs).
- Practical experience managing network hardware such as routers, switches, firewalls, and VPN devices.
- Competence in managing Windows and Linux operating systems.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with the capacity to address and resolve intricate technical issues effectively.
- Strong communication skills to maintain professionalism with clients and team members.
- Additional qualifications like Cisco CCNA, CompTIA Network+, Microsoft MCSA, or similar certifications are advantageous.
