  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Description: Admin/Receptionist

We are looking for a dynamic and energetic general admin that will manage the daily upkeep of our office and its operations. You will be responsible for:

  • The upkeep of our office. This will include cleaning and replenishment of supplies and resources.
  • Handle maintenance and work with contractors for any changes/improvement work around the office.
  • Coordinate and organize management calendar
  • Liaise with any counterpart administrators
  • Manage basic invoicing, make payments, track expenses etc.
  • Responsible for the managing utilities, internet, phone lines etc.
  • To ensure the office environment remains comfortable and secured
  • In addition to the above you may be made responsible for other general tasks at the discretion of the management.

Requirement:

  • Must be familiar with Microsoft Office (basic skills)
  • Clear communication in English
  • Must be tech friendly, be able to use smart phone efficiently
