Roles and Responsibilities
• Maintaining and organizing all project documents, including contracts, reports, schedules, and meeting minutes.
• Updating and tracking the project timeline, ensuring documents are stored properly in databases or shared platforms.
• Coordinating with team members to ensure tasks are completed on schedule such as scheduling project timelines, key events, and deliverables, ensuring that all parties are aware of deadlines.
• Assisting in procurement activities, such as tracking purchase orders, invoices, and expenses related to the project.
• Coordinate with finance and accounting departments to ensure timely and accurate processing of financial transactions.
• Providing administrative support to project managers, including preparing documents, presentations, or reports.
• Compiling data from team members and creating regular progress reports and assisting in the preparation of post-project evaluation reports.
• Ensuring all relevant data is entered and up-to-date within project management systems.
- Knowledge in SQL System is advantage.
