Summary Of Responsibilities
- Assist Administration Manager in overall aspects of Building M&E Maintenance and optimize maintenance costs
- Supervise a team of technicians and to ensure M&E system is well maintained and serviced by servicing contractors
- Ensure projected Maintenance Programs for the Building are achievable
- Assist to establish inspection schedules and maintenance work schedules.
- Ensure that all facility/maintenance systems meet the statutory regulations, environmental and safety standard
- To assist Head of Admin the formulation, planning, execution and coordination of Administration related activities for the Group
- To assist Head of Admin for Management of day-to-day office administrative-related activities
- Supervision and coaching of staff, within related areas
- To perform preventive and corrective maintenance activities
- Assist Head of Admin to oversee and manage the overall function of building facilities
- Assist Head of Admin to develop yearly administration-related budget
- Assist Head of Admin to manage administrative resources and ensure that activities are conducted on a timely, effective and efficient manner
- Ensure building condition and workplace in compliance with OSHA standards and policies
- Liaise with statutory bodies/vendors in relation to assigned scope of work
- To ensure all relevant laws, statutes and regulations relating to the electrical system and installation are complied
- Trouble shoot, service and test run generator set. To diagnose all faults in generators e.g. not able to start or stop from electrical and mechanical aspects
- To monitor in-coming electrical supply and operate the electrical standby generator
- Able to read/understand technical (equipment)/building (architecture) drawings and have mechanical hands-on experience
- To modify electrical wiring system when or as per require
- Response and close service requests from customers within service level agreement
- Supervise vendor or contractors
- Involved in cost reduction, energy saving to meet company objectives
- To assist administration department on general administrative work when required: meeting room, laptop and projector set up
- Always adheres to ISO standards and practices good housekeeping
- Undertakes any additional/ad-hoc duties as assigned by superiors as and when the need arises
- Able to respond or work after working hours or non-working days to support other service groups in smooth operation
- Registered with Suruhanjaya Tenaga
- Able to organize own and other’s workloads to achieve the job outcomes
- Computer literate, able to give service & test report
- Able to lead a team of Electrician & Air cond Technician
- Proven supervisory skills & a team player with flexible approach
- At least 3 years relevant working experience in high rise building
- Knowledge in Electricity Supply Act, Electricity Regulations etc. is an added advantage
- Possess A4 Chargeman Certificate from Suruhanjaya Tenaga
