Position: HR Manager
Location: Emajie Headquarters – Ampang
Are you a people person who’s great at juggling HR and office operations? At Emajie, a fast-growing perfume company, we’re on the hunt for an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to join our team and help us keep things running smoothly.
What You’ll Do:
You’ll be in charge of everything HR-related — from recruitment and employee engagement to handling disciplinary issues. Plus, you’ll oversee the day-to-day operations of our office, ensuring everything flows without a hitch!
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment - Find and bring in top talent to fuel our growth.
- Employee Relations - Keep the team motivated and resolve any issues before they become problems.
- Performance Management - Help everyone perform their best, and keep our processes on track.
- Office Operation - Manage the everyday hustle of office life.
What We’re Looking For:
- At least 10 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Solid understanding of Malaysia’s Employment Act 1955 and local labor laws.
- You’re organized, a great communicator, and comfortable wearing multiple hats.
- Experience in an SME environment? That’s a big plus!
