HR Compliance Executive

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES;

Human Resources

• Develop and implement comprehensive compliance programs to ensure adherence to all relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of compliance and sustainability programs, recommending improvements as necessary.
• Conduct regular due diligence audits and assessments (Internal and external) to identify and mitigate compliance risks.
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure integration of sustainability practices across the organization.
• Prepare and present clear and concise reports on compliance and sustainability performance to top management.
• Stay updated on industry best practices and regulatory changes, providing guidance and training to staff as needed.
• Liaise with external stakeholders, including regulatory bodies, industry associations, and community organizations.
• Assist Management in the review and update of Standard Operations Procedures (SOP) or other policies to ensure the effectiveness of control system in Human Resources & Admin Department.
• To coordinate all corrective actions needed after audits and to ensure timely response and implementation of corrective actions.
• To coordinate all Corrective Action Plans (CAPA) activities within the department and to ensure that all CAPA are closed timely.
• To propose and to implement Corrective Action needed to align the compliance of Company practice and documentation.
• Attend to all employees’ queries pertaining to HRA policies & procedures.
• Provide training to employees on compliance-related topics.
• Perform any other duty and responsibility which the immediate superior or the Company may assign from time to time.

Safety, Health & Environment

• To support SHE Executive with planning, coordinating, and implementing of effective health, safety and environment plan, guidelines, and procedures to ensure that Company objectives are met.
• To support the SHE Executive in ensuring health, safety and environment compliance and join to perform regular health, safety and environment audits in the areas of business and maintenance operations.
