  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive support for sales operations, including safety training inquiries, course bookings, and customer service.
  • Maintain meticulous records concerning safety training requirements and customer interactions.
  • Expand customer base through proactive sales initiatives, identifying and acquiring new market segments.
  • Foster positive relationships with new and dormant accounts, striving for excellence in customer experience.
  • Handle customer complaints effectively, channeling feedback for necessary improvements.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or degree in Business Administration/Management or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 1 year in sales or customer service, preferably in safety training within safety-critical sectors.
  • Proficient in sales techniques and Customer Relationship Management (CRM).
  • Independent, organized, and results-oriented.
  • Excellent communication and networking skills, both written and verbal.
  • Fluency in written and oral English, coupled with exceptional writing and presentation skills.
