We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with clients, and closing sales to achieve revenue targets. Job Descriptions:
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to understand their needs and preferences.
- Conduct product presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our products.
- Negotiate terms and prices with clients to close sales and achieve revenue targets.
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or issues.
- Collaborate with the Head of Department to develop sales strategies and tactics to increase market share and revenue.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify opportunities for growth.
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts to track performance and provide insights to management.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and promote our brand.
- Continuously update knowledge of products, services, and sales techniques to enhance selling effectiveness.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in plastic extrusion industry.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills with a track record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and work effectively in a team.
- Results-driven with a passion for sales and customer satisfaction.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and under pressure.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.
- Valid driver's license and able to travel as needed.
