As a GIS Executive in our oil palm plantations, you will play a crucial role in monitoring certifying the survey report regarding the progression of the contractors work and field maintenance activities with GPS data/drone image.

Job Scope:

  • To Monitor or certified the survey report regarding the progression of the contractors work and field maintenance activities with the processed of GPS data or drone images.
  • Maintaining and updating the estate land database such as area statement, land banking mapping, and prepare regular reports that assigned.
  • Manage, plan, and lead the Drone/ GIS operation and support team to update GPS data, drone images for the backend process, and implementation of smart agricultural activities via drone technology.
  • Collaborate with project teams to prepare GIS data required for infrastructure projects.
  • Ensure GIS data accuracy and completeness to support effective decision-making during the project lifecycle.
  • Conduct regular updates upon project completion to reflect changes in the GIS databases.
  • Undertake land banking activities by processing relevant information such as land ownership registration, transfers, and updates.
  • Conduct daily inspection on estates operations. Including weeding, manuring, harvesting, grading, job quality and others based on set standard.
  • To perform any other duty and assignment as directed by the management or the Company from time to time.
