As an Area Manager , you will oversee multiple retail locations within your designated area. Your primary goal is to ensure the successful implementation and growth of our promotional programs, troubleshooting issues, training store staff, and promoting store activations. Your key focus will be on high-volume stores and key players, enhancing volume, and supporting store staff to achieve our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Store Visits:

  • Conduct weekly and bi-weekly visits to assigned stores.
  • Increase visit frequency for high-volume stores and key players.

2. Troubleshooting and Support:

  • Address and resolve issues faced by retail assistants regarding operational processes.
  • Provide hands-on support and solutions to ensure smooth operations.

3. Training and Development:

  • Train store staff on procedures and customer service.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance store staff skills and efficiency.

4. Store Activation:

  • Ensure all stores within the designated area are activated and fully equipped for operations.
  • Monitor and report on store performance, providing feedback and action plans for improvement.

5. Collaboration and Communication:

  • Work closely with the BD Manager to align area activities with company goals.
  • Maintain regular communication with store managers and store staff to ensure consistent program implementation.

  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Ability to speak English and Chinese fluently (Mandarin is a must, Cantonese will be a good plus)
  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Possess own transport.
  • Proven experience in retail management, preferably in a multi-store environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot issues effectively.
  • Ability to travel frequently as when requested based on business needs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
