What you must have

Academic:

Minimum Degree in Human Resource Management/ Psychology or equivalent

Experience:

At least 1 year of working experience in a similar role in a related field.

Skills:

Good communication (English and Bahasa Malaysia. Competence in vernacular languages such as Chinese and Tamil would be an added advantage) and organizational skills.

Proactive, independent and able to work under pressure with minimal supervision.

Has strong sense of urgency to complete all tasks given.

Computer Literate

Personality:

Possess good analytical skills, decision-making and problem-solving abilities.

Possess good interpersonal skills while interacting with guests, patrons and employees.

Energetic, dynamic, observant, patient, sharing, independent and proactive.

Others:

Must be able to work in shifts whenever required on Weekends and Public Holidays period to cater for business needs.

What will you doing

Brief Job Role


Assist in end-to-end training activities, such as delivery of internal training programs, evaluation of training programs and training providers, planning and organizing training related events or programs, and documentations.

Assist in end-to-end recruitment matters such as sourcing, scheduling, documenting, onboarding and interviewing.

Assist in implementation of training and development initiatives.

Participate and facilitate initiatives for employee dialogue and communication.

Assist in all Employee Engagement related activities.

Any other duties as and when assigned from time to time
