Academic qualification and skills required:
- Degree in a relevant field, preferably Human Resources or Law, with 4 - 6 years of solid Industrial Relations experience.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Self-starter, proactive, a good team player, and results oriented.
- Skilled in MS Office applications: PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Well-versed in the Employment Act 1955, Industrial Relations Act 1967, Trade Union Act 1959 and current HR practices and legislation in Malaysia.
