Position Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic HR Manager with at least 10 years of generalist experience across various industries. The ideal candidate will strengthen department processes and guide the HR team to operate smoothly, ensuring the effective resolution of any issues that may arise.

Key Responsibilities:

1. HR Strategy and Planning:
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Conduct workforce planning and analysis.

2. Recruitment and Onboarding:
- Oversee the full recruitment life cycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring.
- Manage onboarding processes for new hires, including orientation and training.

3. Employee Relations:
- Foster a positive work environment through effective communication and conflict resolution.
- Address employee concerns and grievances promptly.

4. Performance Management:
- Develop and manage performance appraisal systems.
- Provide guidance on performance improvement plans.

5. Training and Development:
- Identify training needs and coordinate employee development programs.
- Implement succession planning and career development initiatives.

6. Compensation and Benefits:
- Oversee compensation structures and benefits programs.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.

7. HR Policies and Compliance:
- Develop, review, and update HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal employment laws.

8. HR Analytics and Reporting:
- Prepare and present management reports on HR metrics and trends.
- Utilize data to make informed decisions and recommendations.

9. Expat Hiring:
- Manage the hiring process for expatriate employees, ensuring compliance with immigration laws.
- Provide support and resources for expat relocation and integration.


Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of HR generalist experience.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and compliance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
