Hiring Human Resources Executive (preferred fully fluent in Mandarin)

Working Location: Taman Perindustrian Oug

Working Time: 9:00 am - 6:00 pm (5 days)

Requirement ~

~ Provide support for staff payroll, staff disciplinary, compensation & benefits, performance management, resignation etc.

~Proper maintenance of staff personnel files such as offer letter, confirmation letter, promotion letter, warning letter and etc.

~Liaison with statutory government and documentation preparation for Immigration matters i.e. Permit Renewal application

~Minimum 2 year work experience

~Good written and spoken Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.

~Priority for able to start work immediately

Job requirement:

  • Candidate must possess at least Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, any field.
  • Minimum 2-year work experience
  • Good written and spoken Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Fair understanding of Malaysian Employment Law i.e. Employment Act, SOCSO Act and EPF Act.
  • Be self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Positive attitude, with strong communications skills and eagerness to learn.
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
  • Preferable can start work immediately.
  • Job Description:

  • Provide support for staff payroll, staff disciplinary, compensation & benefits, performance management, resignation etc.
  • Responsible for the full recruitment life cycle include but not limited to sourcing, screening, interviewing, checking references and onboarding qualified candidates based on departmental business needs and requests.
  • Handle staff performance counselling and updating employment confirmation.
  • Liaison with statutory government and documentation preparation for Immigration matters i.e. Permit Renewal application.
  • Handling employee queries to seeking support on HR processes, policies, etc.
  • To perform any others duties as instructed by the Management from time to time.
  • Yearly statutory report (Form E, EA form).
  • Ensuring proper maintenance of staff personnel files such as offer letter, confirmation letter, promotion letter, warning letter and etc.
