Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant technical certification is a plus.
- Proven experience in a customer service or technical support role.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using support ticketing systems and remote assistance tools.
- Utilize own transport for on-site support as needed.
