  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Program Alumni Engagement Intern to join our team for the Microsoft AI TEACH Program. In this role, you will play a vital part in fostering connections with our alumni, helping to gather and share their inspiring stories. You’ll assist in crafting compelling narratives that highlight the program’s impact and engage the alumni community. Your contributions will be essential in positioning the Microsoft AI TEACH Program as a leader in AI education and digital literacy in Malaysia.

Key Responsibilities:

Testimony Collection:

  • Reach out to alumni to gather testimonials about their experiences in the AI TEACH program.
  • Conduct interviews (via phone, video calls, or in-person) to collect detailed and impactful stories.
  • Create structured templates for collecting testimonials that highlight key themes and outcomes.

Data Management:

  • Organize and maintain a database of collected testimonials.
  • Ensure all alumni data is handled in compliance with privacy regulations and best practices.

Engagement Strategy Development:

  • Collaborate with the program team to develop strategies for ongoing alumni engagement.
  • Identify opportunities for alumni to contribute to future program initiatives.

Reporting and Analysis:

  • Analyze collected testimonials to identify trends and areas for program improvement.
  • Prepare a summary report on alumni feedback, highlighting key insights and recommendations.

Support Program Activities:

  • Assist in planning and executing events and initiatives.
  • Contribute to program marketing efforts by sharing alumni success stories through various channels.

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in communications, education, social sciences, or a related field.
  • Able to commit to a minimum of 3 months internship.
  • Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to connect with diverse individuals.
  • Experience in interviewing or qualitative research is a plus.
  • Proficient in using digital tools and platforms for communication and data management.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
