  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Role Description
This is a part time role in 3months from Dec 24 until Feb 25 for a Customer Service Representative at TM One in WP Kuala Lumpur. Will lead to the full time role based on 3 month performance.The role involves providing excellent customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, delivering exceptional customer service, and enhancing the overall customer experience on a day-to-day basis.

Qualifications
  • Customer Service Representatives and Customer Support skills
  • Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
  • Customer Experience enhancement abilities
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Experience in the technology or telecommunications industry is a plus
