C&S Project Engineer

Job Description

• Assist the Project Manager in dissemination of his roles and duties.
• Coordinate and supervise overall site works with contractors according work program including coordination with Civil & Structure (C&S) / Architectural and M&E works.
• Liaise with Client / Consultant for any discrepancy, detail / approval required for the construction works. Liaise with superior / subordinate / sub-contractor to ensure the awarded construction works to be completed on time and complied with requirement as per contract and complied with the statutory regulation / requirement.
• Monitor work program, site activities, site progress and other site matters to superior and manager.
• Attend the site briefing and meetings on coordination of all works with client, consultants, Clerk of Works, and Main Contractor including related safety & health issue at all stages.
• To prepare / update / record of work done, report, site memo, NCR, inspection & testing and other necessary site record.
• To control and update status of documents submitted from Main Contractor.
• To carry out and complete all other works / assignments as and when delegated by immediate superior.
• Able to use AutoCad, Word, Powerpoint and Excel.

Job Requirements

• Possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering / Building or equivalent
• At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position preferably with exposure to high-rise project
• Good understanding of construction work activities and sequence of work
• Must have the ability to lead a project team for execution of all site activities
• Familiar with architectural / engineering design, good communication skills and team player
• Able to work independently, highly discipline, responsible, punctual and very duty bound
• Junior and Senior position available. Fresh grads are encouraged to apply.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
