Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of goods to customers
  • Communicate with customers to provide updates on their orders
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and transactions

Qualifications:

  • Possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor Degree’s in any field
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in the manufacturing industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Computer literate
