Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of goods to customers
- Communicate with customers to provide updates on their orders
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and transactions

Qualifications:
- Possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor Degree’s in any field

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Computer literate
