Responsibilities:

  • Managing POS Systems and ensure accurate promotions and pricing.
  • Responsible for the installation, operation, and maintenance of computer system.
  • Assist in the setup, support and maintenance of all technology related services, including computer hardware and software, network infrastructure and server.
  • Set up new hires with equipment and appropriate access to the company’s system
  • Perform daily support/operation on installation, maintenance, troubleshooting of hardware/software, system application, telephone system, CCTV, server, printer, email configuration, backup/recovery and network infrastructure
  • Responsible for IT Security, antivirus monitoring
  • Install and configure computer networks including LAN and WAN.
  • Liaise directly with computer vendors and obtaining the best quotes of products required
  • Performs back-up, recovery and systems monitoring.
  • To make sure all software & hardware licenses are updated and renewed upon expiry.
  • To updated website contents to promote company products.
  • Configuring hardware and software, setting up peripherals such as printers or routers, repairing equipment
  • Assist in IT related equipment procurement.
  • Provide all administrative support to management and organization, eg. Preparation of setting up new business matter including but not limited to licenses application/ renewal, rental, office vehicle maintenance schedules, insurance, equipment/ facilities installation, road tax, etc.
  • Responsible for office management, eg. Upkeep and maintenance of equipment, arrange incoming/outgoing mail, office cleanliness & tidiness, etc
  • Assist day to day of overall administration job.
  • To manage office supplies stock & place order.
  • Able to perform multi-tasking is an added advantage
  • Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirement:

  • Candidate must possess at least Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
  • At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Experience in handling servers and PABX Systems.
  • Experience in handling POS Systems (Gross Synergy) is an advantage
  • Knowledge in various Windows versions and networking will be an advantage
  • Familiar/experience in the following: computer hardware, software, and network.
  • Possess good English communication (read and write) skill.
  • Able to work independently, multi-tasking and work under pressure
  • Able to cope with challenging working environment, proactive, good working attitude and responsible.
  • Experience in handle Firewall, Switches and Access Point, Network Cabling and Cable Management. Strong understanding WAN and Networking routing

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM3,800.00 per month
