JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Assist business unit to exceed sales target via Pre- and Post-sales technical support such as: product configuration proposal, demonstration, product application POC, technical preparation and compliance in project tender, product training, testing and commissioning of test-and-measurement equipment.
2. Participate actively in sales process from deal qualification to benchmarking until deal closure. To provide technical advises to sales team on sales strategy development, and competent to identify key technical value differentiators to win deals.
3. Handle customer enquiries, analyze customer’s requirements, propose the right solution for customer
4. Marketing activities support including technical sharing in seminar or webinar, product presentation and demo in exhibitions, application note technical writing, or product training video shooting.
5. Solving customers’ technical problems with excellent service to ensure customer satisfaction and take initiative to continuously improve support services provided to customers.
6. Take ownership to identify learning gap, pick up new technology, product knowledge and new skills to align with business direction.

JOB REQUIREMENT:
1. Candidate must possess at least bachelor’s degree in Engineering or computer science.
2. At least 1-3 year(s) of working experience in technical capacity. In-dept understanding of software development, Agile methodology, Automated software testing or manual software testing.
3. Working experience presales of software products would be preferred. Understanding of software automation tools like Eggplant, Katalon, Microfocus UFT, Selenium will be a plus point.
4. Team player. Self-motivated and love to help customers to solve technical problems.
5. Good command of English. Technical writing experience will be an added advantage.
6. Excellent communication and presentation skills. You are a good negotiator, with poise, charisma and integrity.
