  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  • Performance troubleshooting techniques, such as service broker issues
  • Capacity management (DB's growth forecast, pre provisioning, disk migration)
  • Knowledgeable on Enterprise level DB solutions including:
  • DB management tools (SQL Management Studio)
  • Backup Cohesity
  • Monitoring Logic Monitor, Splunk.

Communication skills:

  • able to interact with application support teams
  • able to agree on specific issues workaround/solutions
  • coordination with internal and application support teams

Other (soft) skills:

  • able to work in a complex setup, including different teams
  • able to understand customer requirements and translate into standards operating environments being used

ITSM:

  • adherence to ITSM processes (incident, request, change, problem management)

Job Qualifications:

  • High proficiency in data integration package
  • High proficiency in Snowflake + MSSQL, Wherescape, ETL, Informatica, or Talend
  • Experience in streaming integration development
  • Cloud development experience (e.g. AWS, Azure)
  • Experience in implementing solutions using Hadoop/NoSQL technologies (e.g. HDFS, Hbase, Hive, Sqoop, Flume, Spark, MapReduce, Cassandra, MongoDB etc.)
  • Deep familiarity with RDBMS
  • Strong proficiency in SQL
  • Able to design and implement relational data models
  • Undergraduate degree at minimum in Comp Science/ Information Systems.
