Job Description

  • Manage all aspects of manufacturing operations, including production control.
  • Minimize production costs per wafer.
  • Drive revenue growth for the company.
  • Maximize factory capacity and utilization.
  • Ensure products meet or exceed quality and reliability standards.
  • RAdhere to all relevant statutory regulations.
  • Maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Comply with environmental management standards.
  • Minimize risks to the company.
  • Implement efficient manufacturing practices through lean methodologies.
  • Adhere to quality, environmental, health, safety, and information security management systems.

    • Environmental Management System- ISO 14001

The Successful Applicant

  • Advanced degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • Proven track record in a senior leadership role within the semiconductor industry.
  • Strong understanding of statistical process control (SPC) and data analysis.
  • Experience with lean manufacturing methodologies, such as Six Sigma or Kaizen.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a global and multicultural environment.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in a Senior Management role overseeing Manufacturing
