Job Description
- Manage all aspects of manufacturing operations, including production control.
- Minimize production costs per wafer.
- Drive revenue growth for the company.
- Maximize factory capacity and utilization.
- Ensure products meet or exceed quality and reliability standards.
- RAdhere to all relevant statutory regulations.
- Maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
- Comply with environmental management standards.
- Minimize risks to the company.
- Implement efficient manufacturing practices through lean methodologies.
- Adhere to quality, environmental, health, safety, and information security management systems.

- Advanced degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Proven track record in a senior leadership role within the semiconductor industry.
- Strong understanding of statistical process control (SPC) and data analysis.
- Experience with lean manufacturing methodologies, such as Six Sigma or Kaizen.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a global and multicultural environment.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in a Senior Management role overseeing Manufacturing
