    • RESPONSIBILITIES: · To establish, review and implement all QHSE policy, SOPs, guidelines, and standard practices to PR1MA personnel and business partners.
    • To set, monitor, analyse and review the QHSE objectives and targets for business improvement.
    • To ensure overall QHSE management plan/programme that include audit and training aimed at improving QHSE performance across all PR1MA’s development projects.
    • To endorse and ensure compliance of contractor’s Project Quality Plan (PQP), Inspection and Test Plan (ITP) and Work Method Statement (WMS), Project Safety Plan (PSP), Environmental Management Plan (EMP) and Erosion Sedimentation Control Plan (ESCP),
    • To monitor the compliance of contractors to related standards (QLASSIC, JKR etc.) and Acts (Occupational Safety & Health Act – OSHA, Factories & Machineries Act – FMA, Environmental Quality Act – EQA)
    • To witness CIDB’s QLASSIC and/or SHASSIC assessments.
    • To advice the management on contract and legal matters pertaining to all applicable Quality standards and HSE legislations.
    • To liaise with authorities such as CIDB, JKR, MBAM, SIRIM, DOSH, DOE, JPS, Bomba etc.
    • To review findings of assessment, monitor their corrective action, recommend solutions for risk mitigation and continual improvement.
    • To report to management on QHSE Performance.
    • Perform all other duties deemed necessary as assigned and required.
    • Provide leadership for the overall operating performance of the business.
    • Develop, monitor and administer financial program to maintain efficient, quality services.
    • Develop new resources and new revenue streams.
    Evaluate operational processes and procedures, and develop strategies and implementation plans to improve and standardize all aspects of operations.

    • REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s Degree / master’s degree / PhD. in any Engineering discipline preferably with an additional qualification in Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) and/or Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) or related discipline.
    • At least 9 years minimum experience in a large organization or Government-Linked Companies (GLC) in QA/QC/HSE field in construction, property development or heavy industry with at least 7 years in a managerial capacity.
    • High proficiency in Microsoft Office Application.
    • Familiar with QHSE Management system (ISO 9001 QMS, ISO 14001 EMS, 45001 OHSMS), HSE Acts (OSHA, FMA, EQA etc.) or other related standards, QLASSIC/CONQUAS and SHASSIC and assessment systems.
