Business Development Executive

"i. Setting goals and developing plans for business and revenue growth. ii. Researching, planning, and implementing new target market initiatives. iii. Developing quotes and proposals for prospective clients. iv. Coordinate with sales teams to develop mutually beneficial proposals. v. Create and implement processes and policies to support the overall business. vi. Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives. vii. Attending conferences and industry events. viii. Responsible to conduct detailed and thorough research and analysis on new potential land/projects including feasibility studies to propose a development model for the Company. xi. This shall include a wide breadth of coverage such as revenue (with detailed breakdown) and cost (with detailed analysis), bearing in mind the Company’s focus on landed affordable township projects. x. Perform presentation slides and market research for the focus area xi. Involved in interim project planning scope including concept and design xii. Liaison with government agency/ government liaison department for newly acquired land/project xiii. Handle sales & purchase agreements and contract"
