Workshop and Logistic Coordinator

1. Responsible for the management and supervision of workshop team members and its operations 2. Coordinating the movement and logistics of lorries and its driver 3. To ensure all matters relating to mechanical services are achieved 4. Ensure investigation breakdown and malfunction of vehicles are conducted in a proper order. 5. Preparation of departmental budget on annual basis 6. Preparation and submission of departmental monthly report 7. Investigate and prepare reports for accidents or malfunction involving machinery and vehicles 8. To assist in coordinating for repairs and make sure in compliance with JPJ and Puspakom regulations. 9. Ensure safety and health policies, procedures and regulations are followed. 10. Oversee housekeeping and availability of workshop tools, equipment and expendables.
