How do i turn this on?

  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

  7. Refresh the page.

Responsibilities:

  • Will be responding to customer requests, managing concerns, and providing specific information based on the enquiries received via inbound phone call and email channels.
  • Primary contact for customers using the client’s website shopping channel.
  • Represents the client and is the face of the brand to the outside world

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or at least Diploma or equivalent in any discipline.
  • Fresh Graduate are welcome.
  • Fluent Cantonese and English (reading, writing, speaking)
  • Minimum of 6 months work experience in customer support in any industry.
  • Call centre experience is not a ‘must’ but would be a distinct advantage.
  • Active Listening Skills
  • Ability to handle queries and objections in a professional manner

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,200.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday
