Analyse sales data and customer feedback to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make data-driven decisions. 7. Budget Management: Manage the retail marketing budget effectively, allocating resources to maximize ROI and achieve business objectives. Monitor campaign performance and expenses to ensure adherence to budgetary constraints. Requirements:- • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. • Proven experience in retail marketing, preferably in a similar industry or retail environment. • Strong understanding of retail operations, customer behavior, and market dynamics. • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. • Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing analytics tools. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. • Flexibility to travel and work non-traditional hours as needed.
