Key Account Manager - Your future position?
As the Key Account Manager , you will play the role of a sales/business professional trained in assigned account management. You will be based in Kelana Jaya, Selangor while reporting to the Sales Manager.

Sounds interesting? In this exciting role you also will be responsible in:
  • Grow Givaudan's business with designated accounts by managing both top and bottom lines.
  • Assume a lead role in all Givaudan activities for assigned accounts.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong customer relationships with key decision-makers to position Givaudan as the preferred supplier.
  • Develop, communicate, and implement strategic Account Development Plans (ADPs), sales forecasts, and budgets for key accounts, ensuring clear KPIs.
  • Manage the project pipeline, focusing on both quality and quantity, to achieve growth plans and secure new project wins.
  • Defend base business in key markets while expanding customer portfolios through effective stakeholder management.
  • Negotiate pricing agreements within established guidelines and manage aspects such as credit, pricing, and rebates for key accounts.

Your professional profile includes:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, communication, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of successful sales, marketing, or customer relationship experience in B2B sales within the food & beverages, FMCG, or pharmaceuticals sectors.
  • In-depth knowledge of customers and competitors, along with an understanding of customer strategies, initiatives, priorities, and launch processes to effectively position Givaudan’s offerings.
  • Demonstrated ability to apply strategic planning, budgeting, and forecasting skills to develop Account Development Plans (ADPs).
  • Proficient in executing all account management steps in the brief handling process and managing scale-ups.
  • Capable of generating new business by identifying unmet customer needs.
  • Ability to navigate challenges effectively while maintaining a disciplined and problem-solving approach.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, emphasizing teamwork, innovation, and execution.
  • Mature, independent, and proactive.
  • Able to work in Kelana Jaya, Selangor.
