Overview

We are seeking a creative and strategic Marketing Manager to lead our Brand Marketing efforts, overseeing Sales & Promotion (S&P), Marketing Communications (MarCom), and Creative teams while developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will have experience driving brand awareness and crafting marketing campaigns from ideation to implementation. Experience in digital marketing is a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Leadership & Ideation:

  • Lead the development and implementation of brand marketing strategies from scratch, ensuring alignment with the company’s objectives and vision.
  • Spearhead ideation for brand campaigns, product launches, and promotional activities, keeping innovation and creativity at the forefront.
  • Drive brand positioning and differentiation to strengthen market presence and customer engagement.

2. Brand Marketing Oversight:

  • Oversee all brand marketing initiatives, ensuring consistency and cohesion across all marketing channels and materials.
  • Develop and execute strategies to increase brand awareness and affinity, translating these efforts into measurable results.
  • Track brand performance metrics and adapt strategies to optimize brand equity and market share.

3. Marketing Campaigns from Scratch:

  • Lead the ideation, development, and execution of unique marketing campaigns that build brand recognition and resonate with target audiences.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including S&P, MarCom, and Creative, to deliver impactful campaigns from concept to delivery.
  • Ensure the tone, messaging, and visuals are aligned with the brand identity and core values.

4. Team Leadership:

  • Oversee the Sales & Promotion, MarCom, and Creative teams, ensuring their efforts are aligned with brand objectives and campaigns.
  • Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment, encouraging creativity and strategic thinking.
  • Manage and mentor team members to maximize productivity and creativity in executing brand marketing initiatives.

5. Digital Marketing Expertise (Preferred):

  • Lead or collaborate on digital marketing efforts, including social media strategy, SEO/SEM, and online advertising, to amplify brand visibility.
  • Use data-driven insights to assess the success of digital marketing efforts and optimize campaigns for better engagement and reach.
  • Keep up with the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing, incorporating them into the brand marketing strategy.

6. Budget & Resource Management:

  • Manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective resource allocation for maximum return on investment (ROI) in brand campaigns.
  • Monitor and control expenditures while maintaining high standards of marketing execution.
  • Forecast and adjust marketing budgets based on performance and future brand initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in brand marketing, with a track record of leading successful campaigns from scratch.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing Sales & Promotion, MarCom, and Creative teams.
  • Ability to think creatively and strategically, with a focus on brand building and positioning.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with digital marketing is highly desirable.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to market trends and changes.
