JOB DESCRIPTIONS :

1. SAGE’S & Bill’s

To key Invoices as soon as parts are received or contract work has been completed, and key in Purchase Request for machinery parts in SAGE’s.
To carefully check and verify the part number, make/model of the equipment, the correct part for any machine, and the relevant dimensions before placing an order to avoid the possibility of receiving the wrong part and having to wait longer for the correct part to be delivered.
Invoice verification to the product or service received matches the details listed on the supplier's invoice. Confirm that invoices are accurate and that payments are not overcharged or inconsistent.
To analyze maintenance costs; including all direct and indirect expenses for maintenance, repair, replacement and all maintenance-related activities.

3. PM MAINTENANCE & ISO 9001 COMPLIANCE

Conduct the maintenance schedule in line with the organization's maintenance goals and monitor PM achievement.
To ensure that key equipment operates as planned and without unexpected breakdowns or malfunctioning.
Record / update the of all Preventive Maintenence in the designated form and keep for audit purposes.

4. REPAIRS & TROUBLESHOOTING (In-house / Outsourcing)

Frequently inspect facilities to proactively detect potential problems and recommend the necessary repair or maintenance.
Monitor that every in-house repair/troubleshooting job is completed to standards and SOP within budget time.
Determine the priority level and urgency of tasks on the job and understand the impact on the production process. (do, decision, delegation or deletion)
Decided between outsourcing or in-house repair while monitoring the time taken and effectiveness after the repair is done.
