Job Description

  • Making outbound calls for credit collection
  • Updates payment and create log in system
  • Handling Inbound calls
  • Processing Customers Booking and Reservations
  • Handling Customers Enquiries
  • Follow up Customer calls
  • Upselling Additional Services
  • Managing and updating Customers database
  • Perform any other related duties according to the operational needs from time to time

Job Requirements

  • Technical skill (able to handle system) provides inputs for system developments
  • Good Communication skills (Fluent in English/Bahasa or Mandarin (Optional)
  • Good convincing skill (must be able to convince customers to pay outstanding/upsell services) •
  • Process oriented (self-disciplined and adopt the system and structure set by management)
  • Problem Solving (Equipped with relevant information’s and show willingness to tackle the unexpected situation with providing solutions)
  • Flexible (being flexible to work on weekend or Public Holiday) based on roster or requirements

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
