Main Duties:
1. Assist Doctor in treatment and consultation room
2. Welcome patients, registration and preparation of patient before procedures
3. Follow up on patients’ appointments, provide and explain to patients on skincare products
4. Perform facials and other therapy allowed aesthetic procedures
5. Knowledge of Facial, Machines, Laser and others skills
6. Routine medical procedures, as appropriate for clinic operations.
7. Daily routine to check the cleanliness of premises outdoor and indoor
8. Provide full support on matters related to clinic operation
9. Perform other appropriate task and duties assigned within the realm of employee’s knowledge, skills and abilities.
10. Provide professional training and career development opportunities
11. Other tasks as required from time to time under the direction of superior.
12. Good organization skills and ability multi-task.
13. No experience required but candidate must have passion on beauty
Other Duties:
1. Assisting patient on registration and update waiting time/ which consultation room.
2. Assist doctor with examinations and routine procedures.
3. Assist in preparing and dispensing medications (To check with branch director)
4. Assist in / clinical procedures / operate medical equipment with care and professionalism.
5. Answering and handling incoming calls on inquires accordingly.
Requirements:
1. Pleasant personality
2. Highly independent and Excellent in communication skills
3. Good knowledge of beauty treatments and products (e.g. for skin care)
4. Sales oriented and customer focus
5. Able to work on weekends and public holiday.
6. Work passionately in customer service
7. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
8. Aesthetic Experience added advantage
9. Result oriented player with good interpersonal.
10. Creating a positive experience by welcoming and assisting clinic patients.
11. Good command of spoken and written in English, Mandarin
12. Mandarin speaker and written will be advantage.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,600.00 - RM2,000.00 per hour
