Service/Kitchen Manager (Hoshino Coffee Empire Subang)

Responsibilities:

• Manage the Kitchen in term of staffing, ingredients stocking, foods and beverages quantity and quality presentation.
• To propose SOP to improve efficiency of kitchen operations if necessary.
• Manage the foods & beverages ingredient costing to minimize wastage.
• Manage the kitchen staff welfare.
• Liaise with Outlet Manager and Operation Consultant to improve the food quality and services.
• To make sure that hygiene standards are strictly followed as per the SOP
• To ensure that all standards set for food presentation, quality and quantity are met and monitored in cooperation with the outlet .
• Maintain a close working relationship with the staff and ensure a proper communication between all the staff.
• Responsible for the kitchen smooth operation on a daily basis.
• Preparing reports at the end of the shift/week, including production cost, food cost, wastages, breakages.
• Taking responsibility for the kitchen operations of the outlet.
• To ensure no pilferage of food in the kitchen.
• To ensure monthly reports are prepared accurately and submitted to the management
• To ensure end of month inventory count is done in detail and accurately.

Requirements:

• Candidates at least have SPM and above
• Must be Malaysian Citizen
• Must possess own transportation
• Passionate in F&B industry

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From RM2,200.00 per month
