Responsibilities:
- Manage the Kitchen in term of staffing, ingredients stocking, foods and beverages quantity and quality presentation.
- To propose SOP to improve efficiency of kitchen operations if necessary.
- Manage the foods & beverages ingredient costing to minimize wastage.
- Manage the kitchen staff welfare.
- Liaise with Outlet Manager and Operation Consultant to improve the food quality and services.
- To make sure that hygiene standards are strictly followed as per the SOP
- To ensure that all standards set for food presentation, quality and quantity are met and monitored in cooperation with the outlet .
- Maintain a close working relationship with the staff and ensure a proper communication between all the staff.
- Responsible for the kitchen smooth operation on a daily basis.
- Preparing reports at the end of the shift/week, including production cost, food cost, wastages, breakages.
- Taking responsibility for the kitchen operations of the outlet.
- To ensure no pilferage of food in the kitchen.
- To ensure monthly reports are prepared accurately and submitted to the management
- To ensure end of month inventory count is done in detail and accurately.
Requirements:
- Candidates at least have SPM and above
- Must be Malaysian Citizen
- Must possess own transportation
- Passionate in F&B industry
