About The Job

  • Identify and engage with influencers across various platforms who align with our brand values and target audience.
  • Develop and execute influencer marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and engagement.
  • Collaborate with influencers and internal teams to create compelling content, including short-form videos, social media posts, and other media that align with campaign goals.
  • Oversee the entire video production process — from concept development, storyboarding, and filming to editing and post-production, ensuring content meets high-quality standards.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, negotiating contracts and ensuring deliverables are met.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate influencer marketing into broader marketing campaigns.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of influencer campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Facilitating the payment to influencer and billings to clients.

In order to thrive in this role, we're looking for someone who possesses the following qualities:

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in influencer marketing, with a successful track record of managing influencer partnerships.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and influencer marketing trends.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to think creatively and strategically in building influencer relationships.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Familiarity with analytics tools to measure and report on the success of influencer.
  • Being an Influencer yourself is a major plus point!
