We are looking for a dynamic and creative person to join our team.

You will play an important role in:-

1. Assist in posting job vacancies on job portals and explore new channels.

2. Assist in resume screening for non-executive and junior positions

3. Assist in interview coordination and scheduling, and send out interview confirmations to candidates and interviewers (for non-executive positions only)

4. Manage the database of candidates' information.

5. Collaborate with universities and gather internship intake schedules.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:-

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Management and/or Administration.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal in English.
  • 6 months of internship duration
  • has own transport and able to work in Sungai Buloh, Kota Damansara Selangor.
