Production Executive

Job role & Responsibilities :

• To assist operation manager for all production activity.
• Plan and prioritize operations to optimize orders and ensure maximum performance with minimum delay.
• Take the lead to execute and complete production planning schedule accordingly.
• Daily update and review the production status. Ensure the wastages are keep at minimal levels.
• Ensure production operation meet the company's quality policy and objective while complying to customer requirements.
• Support on-going continuous improvement programs and process enhancement to ensure WIP flow efficiency in a dynamic business environment.
• Troubleshoot operational issues on the production line.
• Coordinate with team members for efficient operations.
• Maintain accurate records and documents related to production.
• Assist production’s Maintenance.

Criteria & Skill require :

• At least diploma in related fields and above.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment.
• Experience in Operational Efficiency and Process Optimization.
• Experience in managing budgets, reducing waste, and improving efficiency.
• Leadership and Team Management skill.
• Proficiency in production planning software (e.g., ERP, SAP, or similar systems) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.).
• Experience in planning manpower.
• Experience in conduct training.
• Experience working in the food and beverage manufacturing industry is an advantage.

Working hours :

Monday-Friday 8.00am until 5:00pm

(Saturday alternate) 8:00am-1:00pm

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,800.00 per month
