1. Participate in assisting management on the Company's Food Safety & HACCP, Quality Environmental, Safety and Health policies, objectives and practices.

2. Responsible on preparing production schedule, monitor and update accordingly based on daily plant performance.

3. Responsible on Palm Oil Sustainability Management of company complying to Fuji Oil group Palm Oil sustainability policy.

4. Overall in charge of the Refinery, Fractionation department and lead the teamwork towards company objective and policies.

5. Ensure all the product were strictly control before release to customer.

6. Resolve quality issue with other department personnel.

7. Initiate corrective actions when handling with any non-conformance product, process trouble or customer complaint with other related department.

8. Response for mobilise action during emergency of incident & accident related to plant process.

9. Liaise with all head of department and executive involving any case or issues arise.

10. Submit monthly report to superior on the performance of Refinery and Fractionation Plant issues together with supporting documents.

11. Monitor and motivate subordinates' performance and develop or upgrade their skills and knowledge.

12. Ensurre all subordinates understanding and adherence on the company's system, rules and regulation.

13. Monitor the daily job performance via manpower arrangement and attendance records. Control overtime of Refinery and Fractionation staff (including contract workers) when necessary.

14. Initiate corrective actions when handling with any non-conformance product, process trouble or customer complaint with other related department. Ensure corrective action report (CAR) is duly completed and submitted to QA within specified timeframe.

15. Monitor the daily job performance via manpower arrangement and attendance records.

16. Ensure good manufacturing practices comply with company policies and objectives.

17. Control production yield with target to comply with standard yield objectives.

18. Control processing with target to comply with annual standard yield provided.

19. Monitor maintenance activites inclusive cost of expensed, spare part inventory and preventive corrective activities of each plant by working closely with Maintenance Department in order to control the maintenance cost within the budget and minimize process downtime related to equipment breakdown.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
