1) Undertake the Account payables, Account Receivables, & General Ledger Function.
2) Responsible for data entry, updating and maintaining accounting records.
3) Ensuring timely and accurate matching of vendors's invoices against purchase requisitions, purchase orders & other supporting documents, update into the system.
4) Ensure suppliers monthly statement of accounts are received and reconciled with no discrepancies, or confirmation with suppliers to ensure no discrepancies monthly ( if the suppliers do not have the monthly statement of account)
5) Ensure timely and accurate application of customer payments in the accounting system.
6) Assist in month end/year end closing and management reporting.
7) Responsible for fixed asset management and scrap sales.
8) Any additional tasks are assigned by HOD allocation or management request.
Qualification & Experience
1) Possess minimum Diploma and above.
2) 1-3 years related experience.
Ability Skills & Knowledge
1) Computer Literate, willing to learn
2) Possess good communication and interpersonal skill.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,400.00 per month
