Senior Executive Business Solutions

The incumbent will work with CTO, management team and other Division Head to manage, review, analyze and identify business model, services, processes, requirement and enhancement, changes that leads to business process improvements, comply to statutory requirement. Tracking of IT spending budget and cost control.

Responsibilities:

• Research and analyze new technologies and recommend appropriate solutions

• Gather, analyze, and document customer information, needs, and existing processes

• Develop and communicate technical requirements, including design, build, and test plans

• Identify, validate, and mitigate technology risks

• Develop innovative, efficient, effective, and scalable solutions

• Evaluate usability and scalability of solutions

• Work with business stakeholders and IT to implement changes

• Design, document, test, and implement software solutions

• Execute and support infrastructure audits and reviews

• Track and report on project metrics

• Develop, maintain, and document project plans

• Manage, document, and support project schedules

Requirements:

• Education Background : Degree holder in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Business Information Technology/Business Information System or Business or Marketing
• Experience: 10-15 years in Application Support and/or System Implementation knowledge
• Skills: Good knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel and Powerpoint
• Proven ability to research, troubleshoot and resolve complex problems
• Strong data gathering and analysis skills
• Responsible, dependable, and having leadership traits.
• Must be able to communicate effectively in Mandarin & English (Listen, Speak, Read, and Write)
• Detail oriented
